Bayside Community Mortgage Company offers borrowers the stability and integrity of a company dedicated to providing mortgages to home owners at the lowest possible rates and configured to be most beneficial to the borrower. As an advocate for the borrower, we make sure each borrower secures a mortgage which provides the maximum funds needed, but does not overtax any buyer financially. We consider ourselves one of the strands in a three strand rope which links the borrower with the right lender based on realistic, yet economical, rates and terms.

The founder and first employees of BCM are all members of the Community of Jesus, a Benedictine style Community, and are dedicated to following the principles reflected in our Mission Statement.  As we add employees, they too must strive to live the same high standards that we set for ourselves.

It is our goal to put ourselves in the shoes of our borrowers, to listen to them, and to treat them the way we would want to be treated.  We strive to care for our borrowers in a way that enables them to obtain the best mortgage available at the time of their application, taking into consideration their credit worthiness, capacity, collateral and capital.  The success of our company is a direct reflection of one of our core beliefs that “serving others first” is the key.  Our first priority is to be an advocate for the borrowers, to look out for their interests, and to be on the borrowers’ side.  This is particularly true in view of the risk cited frequently in many mortgage related news articles recently.

We are further committed to challenging borrowers to work on ways they can improve their credit and their overall ability to finance a home.  This includes encouraging the borrower to set immediate, short, and long term goals and objectives, to improve and/or correct issues on their credit.  We believe that with our help, more people can truly enjoy the dream of home ownership without fearing the future, and to position themselves to secure their own financial goals.
