Bayside Community Mortgage Company, Inc. arranges but does not make loans. We offer borrowers the stability and integrity of a company which secures mortgages for home buyers and owners from lenders offering the best rates and terms at the time their loan application is made.

All employees of the company are members of the Community of Jesus, an Ecumenical Benedictine community. We are dedicated to putting ourselves in the shoes of the borrowers, to listen to them, and to treat them the way we would want to be treated. We strive to care for our borrowers in a way that enables them to obtain the best mortgage available at the time of their application. The success of our company is a direct reflection of one of our core beliefs that “serving others first” is the key. Our first priority is to be an advocate for the borrowers, to look out for their interests, and to be on their side.

We are further committed to challenging borrowers to work on ways they can improve their credit and their overall ability to finance a home.  This includes encouraging the borrower to set immediate, short, and long term goals and objectives, to improve and/or correct issues on their credit.  We believe that with our help, more people can truly enjoy the dream of home ownership without fearing the future, and to position themselves to secure their own financial goals.
